Can not edit unit price in sales order after making AR Invoice

Dear All,

I have 2 sales orders.both sales orders already link to AR invoice but 1 sales order can change unit price and other cannot change unit price. I am using SAP 9.0 PL05.

As you said I can only change the Unit Price of that row which is not linked with AR invoice but in here i cannot change.

Can u share screen shot of Sale Order on which you can not change the unit price please try to make a case with item having quantity = 1 .

Dear All,

I have 5 lines of item in sales order. line #1 and #2 already link to AR and I don't want to edit it but line #3 to #5 there is no target documents and I want to edit those rows. I wonder why some Sales Order can edit and some cann't edit.

Dear Tony,

You can only change the Unit Price of that row which is not linked with AR Invoice with full quantity or partial quantity.

Hi Tony Soeun,

U had two sales order and linked with AR invoice. In case of edited sale order you would not made AR invoice for the particular row which you would have been able to edit (there may be more than a row which had'nt linked to AR invoice). As Nagarajan said It is not possible to change unit price once sales order copied to AR Invoice for both partial and all quantity row level
