HOW TO CHANGE TICKET OWNER TO USER WHO CREATE THE TICKET?

Hi~Experts

How to change automatically ticket owner to user who create the ticket when the thicket is created or converted to new ticket?

Help me please.

    Hi,

    You can follow the steps as:

    1. Go to Business Configuration-->Implementation Projects-->Fine tune activities.

    2. Here Choose the TICKET configuration as in your scenario ( Like Customer Support Ticket/ Employee Support Ticket).

    3. Choose "Maintain involved parties"

    4. Choose corresponding Party Role( In this case Owner/Processor). Click button "Maintain Determinations" and make the "Current User" as active. Please refer the snapshot attached.
