Wave release - disable subdivission

Dear Experts,

How can I default the check box to "Release Withdrawal" during Wave release from Monitor?

Also, is there a wav I can hide the button for "Release Subdivision"? It is confusing for the users.

Use the program /SCWM/R_WAVE_RELEASE with appropriate variants for withdrawal and subdivision
