Hello *,
I need to create custom status' for activities (tasks) but it seems there is no possibility.
Within business configuration the topic "activities" does not contain such an entry.
Is it generally possible to fit status' for activities? Is it the same for all other transaction types?

Hello Thomas,
We do not have option for maintaining Custom Status for Activities(e.g. 'Task') within Business Configuration Fine-Tune Activity, as we have for some other business documents such as Lead/Opportunities.
This function/option is not available in current release for activities.
We would suggest,you can use your own PDI enhancement or report it via C4C Idea forum(with your propoer use case/requirement).
