The general rule associated with Print Queue, Print Users and Printers. Each Print Queue will be associated to a Print User which is further linked to a network printer.
You can set up one print queue for all different processes OR different print queues for different business Processes for e.g. for all purchase orders/Purchase requisition we will have say print queue 1 that is linked to Print user 1 and for all Sales orders we will have a print queue 2 and you can maintain the same print user 1 for both the Print queues( which I would recommend)
