Unable to move chanegs to tenant P

Hi,

we made the following configuration:

Manage your solution -> Configure your solution -> Contacts and Profiles -> Manage Interaction Content -> click on Configure -> tab Interaction types -> Survey response - > we enabled interaction channel Web for this interaction type.

Nothing is added to Software collection. Can you suggest how should we move this configuration to tenant P, please?
