Message Monitoring Overview / Message Dashboard - Search Terms

Hello,

We are using Message Monitoring Overview and Message dashboard to track messages recieved in S/4HANA Cloud, BD87 allows us to seacrh this information using terms such as 'material'. Is there a way to check error messages with futrher data? 

As you can see, information shown is customer number, and customer reference. If the system finds multiple references, it does not show which references it has found, and information provided to search relevant sales scheduling agreements are only the two mentioned, customer number and customer reference, and not every customer sends a customer reference. Therefor, how could we find the sales scheduling agreement which are intended to be updated? We know we can check WDSL in the message dashboard, but it is not a flexible tool to find relevant information searching with addiotional data. Both applications are organized with those two fields (customer number and customer reference).

It would be great if you could provide us some help on how to analyze this information in a more flexible way!

Hi Anna,

In the current release of S/4HANA Cloud, it is currently not possible to search for information using keywords in App Message Monitoring.

You can raise a feature request at SAP Customer Influence for this functionality.
