Hi,
We're experiencing an issue when trying to convert a requisition to a "RFQ with vendor" in the app "Assign and process Purchase requisition". Please see image below:
Error message: You are not authorized to use transaction ME41
According to the "Display Authorization Trace" I am failing the "Create Request for Quotation". Please see image below:
FYI: I got BR_ADMINISTRATOR + most of the other roles active on my profile but still get the error.
Any suggestions of what I should do?

Hello olof.beckman
Error: You are not authorized to use transaction ME41

I hope you must be having the role SAP_BCR_MM_RFQ_PROCESS_PC is included, which is part of SAP_BR_PURCHASER. If incase mentioned RFQ role is not visible for you at all please check if one of the following scope items (1XF, 1A0, 1L2) is active in your system, because you can run the RFQ processing with one of these scope items only.
Also the recommended way in the cloud for creating an RFQ with a reference to a Purchase Requisitions is via 'Manage Purchase Requisitions' app, as in cloud for RFQ process GUI apps are not supported
Best Regards,
Vijayendra

Hi Vijayendra,
Thank you for your answer!
Yes, the roles are active on my user and the scope item is also active.

Do I understand you correctly if the RFQ process GUI apps are not supported at all or is it because of our current setup?
