No authorization to edit the SSCUI for inserting the region. All other SSCUI is working fine. The SSCUI used here is " 103826 - Insert Region".

Include the catalog 'Business Services Address Management - Configuration' (SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_ADDR_PC) to the role 'Configuration Expert - Business Process Configuration' (SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT)
