Transfering Docs and notes from material to RFQ or any Purchasing document

Hello, 

I need to transfer automatically from material to RFQ or PR, PO some documents or notes already attached to Material master data.

I did several tests, but it seems not working. Have you any idea if this functionality is available on S4hana Cloud.

Hello ghita2010,

Transferring of text from material master to RFQ and PR is not possible because there is no SSCUI available for the IMG path as described in the KBA 2452585, where as for PO SSCUI 103195 and 103136 is available to 'Define Copying Rules for Header Texts' and 'Define Copying Rules for Item Texts' respectively.

Where in using SSCUI 103195, you can adopt header texts only from the following objects:

- RFQ / Quotation

- Purchase order

- Contract

- Supplier master

- Supplier Quotation

But using SSCUI 103136, you can adopt item texts from the following objects:

- RFQ / Quotation

- Purchase requisition

- Purchasing info record

- Contract

- Scheduling agreement

- Material master
