Actual cost display zero values for internal labour

Good day,

SAP S/4 Hana Public cloud

I have done a work center assignment on a work order operation. The work center do have a valid activity type assigned and the planned cost show on the cost overview screen.

When I do a time confirmation against the operation the actual costs didn't update on the cost overview screen.

Pls refer to the scope item 3KW which is for managing cost rates.

This tells you which apps are to be used to maintain cost rates in which scenarios. Hope this helps.

The Cost Center for the Work Center is Active? It seems to be a problem with Actual Costing. Is the Scope Item Actual Costing (33Q) Active? I am asking this as this Scope Item is not Activated in Default Activation.
