Bin to Bin Stock Transfer

Hi, I'm trying to figure out where I can move stock from one bin to the other. I have checked in Transfer Stock-In Plant and Post Goods Movement under Transfer Posting, but it only allows storage location movements. Please let me know if you know of an app or process.

Dear Grecia,

Unlike On-primise system, there is no WM inside ECC side.

But EWM can be implemented to S4 HANA cloud system, you can active responsible scope items for the senarios.

You can find the scope items with below link and node Supply chain -> Warehouse

Then you can use application "Create Warehouse Tasks - Product" and " Create Warehouse Tasks - Handling Units" to move the stock internally.

I will assume that you are using S/4HANA Cloud, essential edition (ES) with your inquiry.

If your are using the Inventory Management (IM) Level then you can set or designate a storage location as a fixed bin location. You can then perform the standard storage location (fixed bin) to storage location (fixed bin) transfer.

If you are using the Warehouse Management (WM) Level then you can move your stock from bin to bin in the Warehouse Monitor Screen. Choose Stock and Bin -> Stock Overview -> Choose the product (material) you want to process -> In the below screen, perform change stock owner and usage -> choose warehouse processing type (S999) .> choose the storage type and storage bin you want the product to be transferred.

Alternatively, you can also do this in Create Product Warehouse Task app. Choose the product you want to transfer then Create a Warehouse Task. Choose warehouse processing type (S999) .> choose the storage type and storage bin you want the product to be transferred. Also check the confirmation field.

Disregard, there is no current warehouse management in cloud so there is no way of using bins. Basic Warehouse Management is coming in 1811.
