Individual Chart of Accounts?

Hello all,

in our project the customer does not want to use the standard chart of accounts (YCOA) but wants to create a new chart of accounts according to their needs. How can this be implemented under s/4HANA Cloud? Which steps are necessary for this? Are there any documents for this which I can read?
