Adding New Asset Classes

Hi,

If use functionality to add New asset class by copying existing class, system gives below error.

"Creation or deletion of entries only allowed for customer namespace 'Z'"

What is the recommended process for adding new asset classes. We do not want to number the classes starting with Z.

Hi Muhammad,

I am sorry to tell you that it is our standard behavior, in order to differentiate the standard asset class and customer asset class, the system only allow to create asset class starting with Z. Thanks for your understanding.
