Creating billing documents with jobs from block determined orders

Hello Everyone,

We rejected and blocked some orders but when scheduled jobs started to work, there are created billing documents referenced with this orders. There are no parameters in job creation screen for blocking reasons. Can you please warn me, if I'm doing something wrong or if I should open a ticket?
