We cannot delete Billing Documents. We currently have Data Aging for Billing Documents, which enables you to move large amounts of data within a database so as to gain more working memory. The data is moved from the current area to the historical area. Therefore, Data aging can only be applied if the following conditions are met for the documents that you want to age:
*Billing documents must have the status C (completed) to be aged.
*Preliminary billing document must have the status C (completed) or '' [initial value / blank] (rejected) to be aged.
*Billing document requests must have the status C (invoiced) or D (rejected) to be aged.
The standard residence time is 1096 days.
