Dear Team
We have noticed an issue where the checks are getting converted to status 'Cashed' automatically
After making the payment run, SAP generates the check. In some cases the checks are getting cashed automatically in the midnight.
Can you please let me know if you have also faced this issue
Regards

SAP has confirmed its a technical issue. Also they are mentioned the app was depreciated for the cloud customers but it was visible due to a technical glitch. Now they suggest using the manage outgoing checks app to mark the checks as cashed manually or use the EBS functionality

Checks can be encashed manually in Fiori APP "Manage Outgoing Checks". Sometimes, the "Cashed" status can be set automatically after reconciliation between bank statements and payment documents, which is usually triggered by some background jobs. You can check it in the system.
Hope it is helpful to you.
