Hi all,
We need to show Product Description on Standard Survey Summary Form. For that I have downloaded this form from Form Template maintenance and dragging the element on the form in Adobe Live Cycle Designer. Label is coming in front end but field data is not coming. Even I checked binding its looking fine. Please refer screenshot.
