Hello,
A user in the company does not have any role with app My Inbox, according to "IAM Information system" app. However he does have an access to My Inbox (he can go in and approve or not some workflows in which he is actually an approver)
Filters from IAM to see in in which roles is My Inbox included ;...
Is that normal ?

Hi yomghi : Looks like the app- My Inbox is associated to the Business Role - SAP_BR_MANAGER (Manager - Inbox) https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0862')/S23 and it is of the type Self Service. You should be able to see this under the entity - Business Roles with the right filter criteria for that user.
