Project Control app gives error while opening "Target not found : Error : Adding element with duplicate id"

Project Control app gives below  error while opening . The user has been assigned the catalog  "SAP_PS_BC_PROJ_CONTRL_MC" .Has anyone faced this issue in S/4 HANA Cloud for any app?

"Target not found : Error : Adding element with duplicate id"

This looks like an error / something that a incident needs to be created for

please see the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1296527 how to do this

Please create it on the component area PS-FIO or PS-ST with steps to reproduce so we can check the issue
