API/CDS flag to detect Sensitive Fields update

Hello Community,

is there a way to detect trough a flag available on a CDS, that a sensitive field for a BP has been updated and is still waiting for a confirmation ? I've checked and no field for that purpose exists. The field could be the same as a OP version : LFA1-CONFS.

We have the same need, to be able to read the LFA1-CONFS field value in our SAP Cloud system.
