Is there a reason why the dunning level is not one of the fields in the migration file for customer open items? Does anyone know if migration of dunning level is possible some way?
As you mentioned, dunning level is not one of the fields that can be migrated. The only way you can add them to the business partner is to manually add them in once they are created in the system. Please refer to the link below for available fields that can be migrated:
