Check applications used by each user

Hi everyone,

In order to adjust the busines roles, we need to check in S4HC the application usage for each user. In this way, we are looking for a report regarding applications use for each user in the lasts 2 months, like SUIM transaction in On-prem versions.

We have been analyzing it, and we have explored two options:

- IAM Information system: Provides a list of applications assigned to a user, but not by use, just by role assignement

- Activate a trace: Could be a solution to catch all applications usage by user, but it would be activated for all users and maybe causes system performance issues

CDS views have been reviewed too and we couldn't identify any released view to get this information.

Do you know if there is any way to get this information? Maybe with a configuration expert requesting an extraction from the backend?

regarding your first paragraph - can you describe in transaction SUIM which report you use for application use by user by timeframe?
