How to create service contract product

Hello,

I activated scope item 3MO. However, in the prerequisite, it says that I need to create a service product. How can I do that? In Manage product master data, the type 'product' is there by default and I can't change it. 

When I try to create a contract order with a 'product', there's no item category so it's not working
