One-time Vendor address/email address not fetched while creating RFQ

Hi Team,

we are trying to create a RFQ for  multiple vendors which are both normal vendors/suppliers and One-time Vendors. The address data (email address, phone number) is not getting fetched in RFQ for the one time vendor, while it is fetched correctly for the normal vendors/suppliers.

Our requirement is to use both one-time vendors and normal vendors in a RFQ and send emails using the master data fetched in RFQ via output. kindly advise on how this can be resolved and address data for One-time vendors can be fetched.

Hello himanie ,

I have verified in internal cloud system, For one-time vendors, app manage RFQ does not support loading/defaulting address details. This is documented in the KBA 2681606 - Unable to assign a one-time vendor in Manage RFQ(Resolution section).

Kindly submit feature request following KBA 2838428 - Request for New Features for Procure in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
