Is it possible to recover a custom field that has already been deleted?

Hi Experts,

We have accidentally deleted a custom field in Q-system that was already being used in P-system.

We would like to undo the custom field deletion in Q-system.

Is it possible?

We have already tried to created the custom field with the same name in Q-system but the system does not allow to do such a thing.
