Recurring Services- Missing Maintenance Plan type "Service Order"

Hi colleagues,

new version CE2011 provides a new functionality "Recurring Services" with several Apps to create/modify/display/scheduling maintenance plans.

There is a new maintenance plan type called "Service Order SO". However, some customers reported that this new type of maintenance plan is not available in spite of activation of scope 4X5 and the assignment of the role "Service Planner".

What is missing ?
