How to disable SSO for all users?

Hi,

Procedure followed during quarterly upgrade was to disable the SSO before Quality system upgrade (Friday night) and activate the SSO after Quality system upgrade (Monday morning), as the upgrade of the SAP S4 HANA cloud systems are planned only during weekend

How to disable and activate the SSO?

What is the reason for doing this? Is this SAP suggested procedure?

A quick response is appreciated as we need to disable SSO tomorrow night, as 2011 upgrade of SAP Quality system is planned this weekend
