Assignment field within Manage Customer Line Items


Dear FI colleagues,

I am writing behalf customer, regarding a doubt, where the Assignment Fields in Manage Customer Line item were blank.

After the troubleshooting analysis, we could identify that the the Assignment Fields were blank due to Copying Control settings. After configured, the assignment fields are now being fulfilled, therefore customer want to know how fulfill the items which were not configured correctly before the Copying Control settings.

Could you please inform whether this is possible or not, and a possible workaround for Customer request?
