I have created an Advanced DSO in Eclipse/HANA Studio and selected Write Optimised DSO as a model template. When I look for the tables in BW Workbench, I see that Inbound Table, Active Table and Change Log table are present along with Table for Extraction and Reporting.
Technically I should have only Active Table while I create a Write Optimised DSO. Why are all the 3 tables present ?
Be a WO DSO or behave like one. What difference will it make ?
If you ask for a DSO with no activation, only the New table will be used.

All the tables are always created independently of the aDSO type.
Only some will be used depending on the type.

Hi Frederic
Thanks for the reply. But I have a question when we create classic Write Optimised DSO from BW workbench, only one table that is the active data table gets created. So when we are selecting Write Optimised DSO as a template while creating aDSO in Eclipse/HANA Studio does it mean that only it would behave as a Write Optimised DSO and will not actually be a Write Optimised DSO ?
