New posting rule - Bank Statement

Hi,

We would like to know if it's possible to create a new posting rule from SSCUI because considering this link it seems the configuration has to be done from SAP.  At this scope:    we would like to have confirmation that creation of a new posting rule is an expert configuration (and in case which is the right component to which address the incident);  we need to have the extraction of the existing posting rules in order to understand if the existing ones can satisfy our needs or it's necessary to create new posting rules.
