Open FI periods for multiple companies at the same time

Hello,

We have multiple companies. During the month end, to open/close the periods, we go to the app: Manage posting periods.

We select a company, click on set posting periods and open periods.

The problem is, we have to do it for every company so it takes too much time.

Is there a faster way to do it (a way where we can select multiple companies at the same time)?

Depending on business requirements you can link them to the same posting period variant?

Down site is that all companies will have open/closed periods at the same time. Maybe not realistic.

For opening-closing, you can also schedule a job, if that helps.

But manually selecting cross-posting variants doesn't work.
