Finding technical name of an App

Hi, 

what is the easiest way to find out the technical name of an app from within the application? In the example I would like to know this because I need the necessary authorization for the app "customer overview". I prefer to simply display the app in the Fiori Apps library.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to know the easiest way in the system itself to view what business role /catalog is required to access a particular app. The easiest and fastest option for this is to access the IAM information System App and choose the tab - Business Role - Application. Here one you adopt the filters in the header of this app, you can select the choice of App and then know the business role/catalog required for it.

Or else if you are just interested to know the technical name/Fiori ID of a particular App, you need to enter that App and click on the me area >> About and you would get the required details related to that app. The prerequisite to this would be have access to the App. Also Fiori Apps Library is often the source of reference to know more about a particular App in detail.
