Fiori screen F4 help - adding more search fields

Hi Experts,

e.g. S/4hana clous essentials -->In Post General Journal Entries fiori app, we have a field "Company Code" with f4help like functionality.

Current we have 4 fields available for search -  Company code, Company Name, City, Currency

Is there a way by which we can add extra field like Country in the search and search result?

Can we do it using any config or in-app extension or need to contact SAP for this?

In SAP S/4 Hana Cloud, This is not possible because of changes needed in search help at data model level.
