How to integrate on premise ME system to s4 hana cloud

Hello Everyone,

We are working on a requirement to integrate our on premise ME system(java stack) with S4 hana cloud environment.

However in ME/MII CTC wizard we aren't getting any option to integrate with S4 hana cloud environment, we have option only for ERP, S4 hana on premise.

The version of MECTC, MEINT component installed is 15.3

Could you please advise how we can integrate ME with S4 hana cloud , also should we upgrade our ME component version
