c_ServiceContrFinList CDS View is "Not Released" then why is it mentioned in the Fiori Apps Library that it is being used by the Service Contracts Analysis?

The Odata services provides details of the odata & view(view generated odata) used by the application from information perspective.  It is not to be interpreted that these are released for external consumption outside the app usage. C_SERVICECONTRFINLIST is not released for C1 consumption.

I don't know too much about OData...My question is : the Odata service C_SERVICECONTRFINLIST_CDS is active ? I mean, maybe the Odata Service is not active as the CDS view.

I'm not sure if my thought makes sense. It's not my expertise area.
