ODATA Batch to create both customer project and sales order is not working in S4HANA Cloud

Could you please help me on below request.

I am trying to create a Batch file with different change sets to create complete project set with Sales Order but getting an below error in POSTMAN tool.
In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occurred.

Created a batch file to perform different operations (POST,PATCH & POST) on 3 different entities. Please find the attached file for reference.
When i post batch file via POSTMAN tool, i am getting above highlighted error but Project set is created and Sales Order is not created.

I tried to post batch file with only sales order entity but getting above highlighted same error .

I am able to post same nested sales order data with direct API successfully .

Scope Item: J11 Customer Project Management - Project-Based Services (J11)

Could you please help me on this issue ASAP.
