How to activate Odata Service in S4hana Cloud

I am trying to pull Project control and project budget data from S4hana to SAC. i see there are few sap delivered Odata services in fiori apps library for Project Control reports. Can some one let me know how to activate a Odata service in S4 hana Cloud and expose it.
