Could you please check if the scope item J78 is active in your system.

The Payment Monitor only works when Bank Communication Management is enabled and you can monitor payment batches approvals in this App. 

If BCM is not enabled, there is no approval process and the paymentfile will be created directly in the MBC sftp.

Hello,

Is there another way to monitor payments (i.e., simply report on all payments that have been made) if J78 is not active? Or is J78 the only way to obtain anything akin to a payments report?
