In APP: Manage work center capacity have a button"reschedule", why this button is grey?

How to active this button?

Hello joanna1981.

How are you? For all the examples in the screen, the Operation Status is "Released" or "Partially Confirmed", which means that these Operations cannot be "Rescheduled", leaving the Button "Rescheduled" is Grey.
