Exception raised when trying to change a G/L Account in the quality system

When I try to save a change in the Manage G/L Account Master Data - I got the error message: Exception raised while connecting to P System: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401.

Have you ever faced this?

Not possible to access production system, save was aborted

Diagnosis

You changed the G/L account master. Depending on the attribute in question, the change is allowed only if no postings have been made to the G/L account or if the G/L account balance is zero. This is checked in the production system.

It is not currently possible to access the production system.

System Response

The change cannot be saved.

Please open an incident for this in BC-INS-TC-CMI and provide steps and a CB user.

I can not save the change for the GL account.

Please leverage the "Synchronize G/L Account Master Data" app. when a new or changed object is urgently needed in your production system , the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data (OB_GLACC71) app helps you to copy these changes into your production system earlier.
