RF Functionality in Cloud EWM Single Tenant Edition

Hello Experts,

My client want to confirm if all RF functionality from On-Premise available in Cloud single edition EWM version? For example - Scanning and performing all Receiving,SHipping,Internal movements etc.

If its available, then how is the architecture of RF in Cloud? For example- in On-premise, we need ITS Mobile template etc. Similiary, if we need RF functionality in Cloud EWM, what need to do? is it some API need to activate or customized, etc.
