How to assign employee to cost center for timesheet entry?

Hi All, As per the standard process, 1Q4 - Time Recording – Cost centre, Internal order and WBS, we can enter the time booking against the cost center. In our scenario, R&D process need the employee to book time for Research cost center. I am not able to find the cost center availability in the time entry app as shown below Can you please share the prerequisite setups required to perform for the cost center availability here? -
