SAP ME and S/4HANA cloud integration

Hello Team,

We have SAP ME on-premise system and SAP S/4HANA Cloud system. As per the document "2JN - Setting up production operations with SAP ME", we would like to setup following outbound IDOC (from S/4HANA cloud to SAP ME on-prim) LOIPRO04 - Replicate Product Order from S/4 to Client in the "Outbound Services" section.

Can you please guide me which Fiori App supports the above IDOC setup in S/4HANA cloud?
