Vendor creation error

Hi, 

We're trying to add a new vendor in the app "Manage Supplier master data" but get the following error:

"Check for potential duplicates failed due to internal issues"

There is one vendor with approximately the same data (street address and Name 1), the rest of the information is different. 

Is there any way we can check which data fails and a potential solution for this error?

Hello Olof,

I've seen this error raised before when there was a '&' in the name of the similar Suppliers. Do your example suppliers have an '&' in the name? If so then when creating the new Supplier could you try using and instead of '&' and that should prevent the error.

If this does not work or if the scenario is a bit different please let me know and I'll help further.
