Success Factors Integration Company Code Mapping

We need to set up integration for Employee master data between S4HC and Success Factors. Success Factors has already been implemented and has defined Company as a 5 character code. We need to implement a mapping this to the 4 character Company Code in S4HC as it is not possible for us to align the values. We will enable integration using either best practice 4AF (MDI) or JB1 (CPI), but neither seem to give us the option of mapping Company Code. We could build a custom iFlow in CPI, but would prefer to stick to the standard iFlow if possible. Is there any way to perform this mapping (as there is in S4 on-premise)?
