There is no direct CDS view which can provide you the plant - company code information, but I guess using combination of below CDS views you can built your own custom analytical query for deriving data;
I_CustomerCompanyByPlant (Which plant is assigned to which company code for a certain customer?)
I_Plant (What are the details of my plant?)
I_SupplierCompanyByPlant (Which plant is assigned to which company code for a certain supplier?)
