Tax Indicator - Plant

Hi,  Can someone help me know in which SSCUI ID we assign a Tax indicator in Plant (for sourcing & procurement)? Need to find out from where the Plant Tax indicator is derived.  I can only see the below two SSCUI's.  Set Tax Indicator for Material -101672  Set Tax Indicator for Account Assignment -102339    Thanks in advance.
