Hi, the date format on the Customer Statement within "Display correspondence history" app appears to be inconsistent. We have noticed that the date format for international customers is showing in formats other than dd/mm/yyyy. We have checked the master data and it does not appear to be an item we can configure.We are expecting the date to be in dd/mm/yyyy format but instead it is showing as mmm d, yyyy format.
The date format depends on locale of the recipient i.e. the selected customer. So it show differently depending on the countries as different countries use different date format.
If you want to make it independent you have to modify the form template via adobe lifecycle designer and must change all date fields in the form. you can either enforce the locale in the form or change the date field pattern.
