Correspondence types missing in the app 'Create correspondence'

While creating correspondence via app create correspondence, below correspondence types are not available:SAP10SAP11SAP12SAP19

The below correspondence types that you have asked are not part of the scope of S/4HANA Cloud.

SAP10 Individual correspondence

SAP11 Customer credit memo

SAP12 Failed payments

SAP19 Customer Invoice

As far as i could see SAP11 and SAP19 are related to customer invoice. Hence our recommendation is to billing instead
